  • Key Purpose

    Responsible to supervise the day to day activities in planning and monitoring project progress, following up with completion or delay of project phases, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documents and reports.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

    • Assist in the daily running of the pre-accelerator programme.
    • Be first point of contact for questions from participants in the programme.
    • Assist in designing and prepare workshops and trainings in consultation with the Project Manager.
    • Communicate and coordinate with guest speakers to ensure smooth running of events.
    • Maintain project correspondence and communication.
    • Conduct research on new and innovative methods of teaching and supporting entrepreneurs.
    • Provide administrative support to the Project Manager in terms of:
      • Project updates
      • Minute writing during meetings
      • Monthly and quarterly reports
    • Maintain clear overview of equipment, orders and payments related to the Pre-Accelerator programme.
    • Perform other duties as required.
  • Education & Experience

    • Degree or Diploma in business management or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role or a strong display of the qualities/skills/motivations attached to the role.
    • Attained Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Google Docs)

    • Excellent communication, organizational and public speaking skills
    • Ability to follow directions but also takes initiative when required
    • Ability to convey enthusiasm, energy and a positive attitude
    • Ability to Show the will to learn and develop professional skills
    • Ability to Organising and prioritising tasks to meet deadlines
