  • Key Purpose

    A leading medical diagnostic centre is currently seeking a BDO to support their business growth and strategy implementation.

  • Duties

    • Working closely with the General Manager and General Manager to support programs and initiatives at Diagnostic with specific focus on adding value in the long term.
    • Implementing the Business Development Strategy proposed by Management team.
    • Working with stakeholders, relevant agencies and partners to enhance brand and communication strategies.
    • Working with our on-ground staff to understand their marketing requirements at an individual diagnostic level.
    • Interacting closely with customers to better understand who they are, what their health care requirements are and how the client can bridge these gaps in services available.
    • Being focal for on the ground marketing initiatives.
    • Working closely with network expansion and operations team.
    • Creating presentations on targets.
  • Education and Experience

    • Must have an undergraduate degree in Marketing or Business related disciplines.
    • Must have at least 2 years prior experience in marketing, sales and business development.
    • Experience in medical operations.
  • Qualities and Skills

    • Should have excellent written and oral communication skills and be comfortable representing the client at national level conferences and round table events.
    • Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail and follow-through with a focus on producing the highest quality results possible.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft; excel, power point, word and an ability and interest in learning on the job.
    • Maturity, excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Enthusiasm for the centre’s access to quality healthcare mission and business model, and respect for the organization's core values.
