  • Key Purpose

    To realise the company’s business objectives by promoting efficiency and increasing profitability.

  • Duties

    • Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases as needed.
    • Manage records of company policies and procedures.
    • Promote efficiency by implementing improved operational procedures.
    • Contribute to service innovation.
    • Ensure positive client, supplier and vendor relationships.
    • Oversee daily business operations.
    • Recommend improvements to increase performance.
    • Assist receptionists with needed tasks.
    • Organise meetings, events and sessions.
    • Schedule meetings and take appointments.
    • Arrange delivery for domestic and international packages.
    • Handle guests or clients accommodation when necessary.
    • Monitor sales orders and supplier relations.
    • Handle email from and to customers, clients and contractors.
  • Education and Experience

    • A Higher National Diploma in Operations Management, Business Management or related field.
    • A minimum of two years of working experience in a business-related environment is preferred.
  • Qualities and Skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong IT skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
    • Must be diligent and proactive.
    • Must be punctual.
