The Process

We welcome CVs from all Job Seekers. We add them to our database according to specialty and level of experience and access them when a vacancy arises. Submission of your CV is no guarantee for a Job but a member of our team will consider your application at some point. Feedback will be given to all candidates considered for a certain position as to why they were not successful.

The process varies according to our client’s needs but generally after receiving your CV, which we encourage you to submit with a cover letter expressing why you are looking for a career change, a new job or an opportunity in Sierra Leone, we send you a questionnaire to find out more about you. This is especially important to enable more successful matching to opportunities as they arise.

Following this you will be contacted, if we feel you are suitable, with a specific opening and provided with a Job Description. On the basis that you are interested in the position, we proceed with the recruitment process, which has been perfectly tailored to the clients needs. This is a stage-by-stage process where you may be eliminated at any point. Be prepared to undergo meticulous reference checks, certificate checks and be involved in at least one interview. In some cases, you may be subject to other forms of assessments depending on the role.
